You can delete your account and personal data at any time.
How to Delete Your Account
From the app:
1. Log in to your account.
2. Go to Profile > Settings > Delete Account.
3. Confirm the deletion.
By email:
Send a request to [support@email.com] from your registered email or phone number with the subject "Account Deletion Request". We will process it within 7 working days.
What Gets Deleted
- Your profile information (name, email, phone number)
- Your saved addresses and preferences
- Your login credentials and account access
What We May Keep
Some data, such as transaction and invoice records, may be kept for a limited period as required by law or to prevent fraud. It is stored securely and permanently deleted once the retention period ends.
Important
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
- Any remaining balance, points or active subscriptions will be lost.
- Pending orders must be completed or cancelled before deletion.
